Firm update

In May 2024 I completed my first 59 years of professional activity. To adapt to the age, the conditions of the market and the changing needs of colleagues and our customers, I have changed the structure and organization of my professional activity.

Among the consultants we also count on a Russian colleague who works in Rome with an excellent knowledge of the law and the Russian, Italian and English language, as well as young Russian-Italian lawyers.

Our studies continue to be active in the field of foreign investments in Italy, sale and purchase of real estate, maritime and air transport as well as protection of the rights and interests of foreign investors in Italy.

We are proud to have as our clients companies, organizations and individuals from the European Union, Russia, Uzbekistan, Canada, the United States, some South American countries and of course Italy.

The current structure and organization tends to put to good use the experiences gained over many years by Michele de Meo and tends to facilitate and internationalize the career development of the younger Colleagues who made the central part of our organization.

Together with my young colleagues, i am now in charge of:

• Contracts of sale of first class immovables in Rome, of farming land in Puglia, of hotels and other recreative complexes, as well as villas and vineyards in Tuscany.
  

• Release from seizure of non european funds in Switzerland; "italianization" of Luxembourgish company; recovery of italian citizenship by south American citizens; italian investments in Greece.
  

• Acting within a board of arbitrators in a dispute between an italian and a chinese entrepreneur.
  

• Litigation concerning qualities and defects of luxury motorcars.
  

• Advicing a foundation active in the sanitary field.
